Membership & Dues

You're Already One of Us!

If you live on Roosevelt Court, you're part of what makes this block special. You don't need to fill out a form or pay anything to be a good neighbor, join a gathering, or lend a hand.

The Roosevelt Court Association is run by volunteers, and annual dues help us keep things going. They're completely voluntary, but every contribution helps us take care of our shared spaces, organize events, and tackle projects that benefit the Court.

Annual Dues

Homeowners: $50 per year

Renters: $35 per year

Your dues help support our events, gardening and beautification projects, shared supplies, and other RCA activities.
